Vamo v3/v5 top ring replacement?

I know it's probably been asked before but has any one found a replacement top ring preferably straight not tapered? Is there anyone who might custom make one?

quite expensive ('cause its topcap+topring) but seems to be V5 friendly
I'd like to find only the topring for V5 as you are looking for.

This is another decent site. Looks like they have the V3/V5 (tapered), but also have the V2/V4 no taper (but with 510 connection). The post above will likely help replace the part if that's terrain you would like to trek down. I have not seen a straight edged top cap for the V3 or V5 yet. I will look real fast and post back if I find something.

So, I scoured my few go-to resources (google, fasttech LOL) ... The general consensus seems to be that they are only sold as the top unit, including the 510, which requires much more than un/rescrewing the cap. I don't really understand why the Vamo V5 doesn't come with one of each anyway. Some tops will match nicely on the tapered, but others hang over the side. Seems they would notice you could get a much wider array of good looking devices on there if you could choose your top cap.

I wish they will understand that its a market and add spare parts for V5 including only the ring non-tapered (and why not some others, as the topring can be change I think it's a good way to "loose" 5$+5$+5$... in a toprings collection as we do with driptips )
