Vamo V5 Battery question

The Sony's are just fine. The circuitry in the Vamo limits the max current draw at just over 5 amps. That's way over the max 1-2 amp of an ICR (protected) battery but at or way under the rating of any IMR battery. You've just paid extra for a higher discharge rate than you'll ever use.

Thank you. I'm usually running a 1.5 ohm micro coil on my Russian 91%. So I shouldn't need the sony's unless I get a mechanical and do sub ohms?
Yup. When you're down in the .5 and lower ohm range you're drawing upwards of 20+ amps. That's where the Sony's are needed.
