Fill -- a new unused one -- and WAIT. At least 5 mins. total, preferably longer. At some point it might help to give it a couple sharp "priming" puffs cold, although maybe not that device. Then keep the power low, or actually voltage mode might be better. If any burning occurs, stop immediately. More than a little will ruin the coil unless you can clean it all the way down to rewicking.
It will help a lot to skip the CE4 type clearomizers, anything you can actually take apart is in a whole new class. Value EVOD clearos can now be had for as low as $2 and are a LOT better IMO. Plus all the even better stuff everyone here will suggest.
