Vanilla Freaks, I Need Your HELP!!

Hurricane Vapor is due to release their latest flavor Vanilla Sky tobacco this month. They have been perfecting it for months. I am supposed to receive a pre-release sample bottle in the next week. (I won it in a contest) Really looking forward to this one!

Unfortunately, I really don't have a Vanilla vendor that I can recommend at the moment but I will list the ones I've tried.

Green Smoke pre-filled carts: Actually pretty good but way to expensive.

V2 Liquid: Not bad but lacking flavor. Not a bad stand bye though. Good out of the package.

Goodejuice: Not bad but lacking in flavor (does has several other good flavors though/favorite vendor) Good stand bye. Good out of the package.

Liqua: If you enjoy eating butter with a spoon then this one is for you. (yuck!)

Mt. Baker Vapor: Still steeping but a very strong chemical taste when sampled. I'd be surprised if it comes around. Since I purchased it I've heard several people say that Vanilla isn't one of their best.

Drakes Vanilla Trifecta: Chemical taste/Lacking in flavor. Still steeping but disappointed after sampling especially since it was pretty pricey.

I hate to post so many negative reviews but I'm just being honest. We all know how hard it is to find a good Vanilla. I'm not knocking any of these vendors, just commenting on their Vanilla. I too am still looking for the Ultimate Vanilla. I'm waiting on Happy E's Bourbon Street Vanilla and High Caliber Killa Vanilla. Should have it today or tomorrow. I will update after sample and steeping.

I received my High Caliber Killa Vanilla today and I have to say that its the best one that I've tried lately but its not exactly what I'm looking for. It's a little on the buttery/oily side but the flavor isn't all that bad. I don't notice a chemical taste which is a huge plus and all in all this isn't a bad vape and it should improve after steeping. I doubt if I buy it again unless there's a substantial improvement after steeping but it's a pretty good hold over in the mean time. I'm now waiting on some Triple V from Dark City Vapor. A lot of people who vaped the "BLU Vivid Vanilla" swear by this stuff. I'll update upon arrival.

I been looking for a perfect vanilla for way too long now. Thanks for your post this is a perfect guide. Im gonna have to try the killa vanilla and vanilla dream. As for blu's vanilla, my friend had it and i tried it , its okay. But i think we should all boycott these suckers and support our own.

I'm on my second bottle of HHV's vanilla dream, it's very good. Bold flavor and requires steeping for maybe a week.

I almost pulled the trigger on HHV's Vanilla Dream but I saw quite a few reviews saying that it was extremely sweet, like cake icing. Would you mind giving your opinion on the sweetness factor? Thanks.

Been hitting it for a few minutes before answering. I can see the reference to the cake icing, but it's not extra sweet to me, and I love the sweet stuff. Certainly not cake icing sweet. I would say moderately sweet. Great throat hit if you want that. I'm definitely not on the lookout for vanilla, as this satisfies that for me.

Yeah, I like my Vanilla to be on the sweet side as well as long as its not a sickening sweet. I'm waiting on some Triple V from Dark City Vapor along with some vanilla custard from Big Willie's. If that doesn't work out then I'll probably give them (HHV) a shot. Thanks for your input.

It seems most of the vanillas are custard like, or tobacco like. :/

Johnson creeks Vanda is the same vanilla type flavor as the vivid but I add the smallest amount of domestic too it and it seems to taste like vivid. All johnson creeks liquids are mixed around to make Blu's liquids. So if you mix them up yourself you will sooner or later get the blu flavor.

I've noticed a big improvement in the Drakes Vanilla Trifecta after just a few days of steeping. Most of the chemical taste has went away and the flavor has improved. I don't think its going to be my go to Vanilla but I'm pretty picky when it comes to Vanilla. I am surprised with the improvement after only a few days of steeping though and at this point I have to say that its one of the better ones that I've tried lately. The search for the Ultimate Vanilla continues but this really isn't a bad vape.

G2 vapor just released a new vanilla, called Vazilla. It's a nice vanilla, not a custard, and it can be vaped in a rebuildable and at low ohms and doesn't end up tasting like chemicals. You can buy it from electronicstix. It's worth a try, have to say it's the best vanilla I've tasted.
