First off, I started over a year ago in April 2011. I started with 18mg, then eventually just ordered 12mg. I have also tried 24mg at a mall kiosk.. and after a short time of sampling flavors, I had a buzz going.
My goal is to stop vaping eventually, despite how much I enjoy it.
I've been on 12mg for probably 3-4 months. I vape it whenever I can. If I'm alone, or in the car, I'm vaping. I stop if I get a nic headache or buzz. With this 12mg, it takes a while to get there. I dont mind that if I have the day off and can vape as I please. It's more annoying if I want to take a "bathroom" break at work to get my fix. It takes longer than if I would just take a few puffs of 24mg.
So is vaping 24mg sparingly, as opposed to 12mg constantly, going to make it harder to quit? I know the goal of a lot of people is to lower their nic, but is it helping if you are vaping 2-3 times more than if you had a higher nic level?
I've been wanting to order 24mg so I feel satisfied in a shorter period of time, especially on little breaks where I don't have the time to sit down and puff away. I don't want to ruin my progress in the lowering of nicotine, or make it harder on my self to quit.
I'm hoping for some opinions or suggestions on this. Thanks for reading.
