Fla Tampa area,
Love my Newports but Dad died of lung cancer and Mom had triple bypass couple of months ago even though she quit in 1981. Been doing patch for a few weeks but find myself ripping it off by late afternoon and smoking. Just purchased ultimate starter kit from vape4life. Would it be dangerous to do patch and vape or will I even want the patch. I got the highest strength so I'm hoping this is all I need. Also how long do these carts last? I know your mileage may vary but if I love the vape I don't want to run out and buy more cigs!
Thanks in advance.

Patch shouldn't be used/needed -- vaping is, fundamentally, a nicotine deliverer.

For me, a full pack a day smoker, 24 mg vaping was good enough, though I drop to a 12 mg for chain-vaping at a computer (during work).

V4L does seem to do a nice fill on their cartos. My own fills are maybe 8 cig equivalent, but the V4L pre-filled seem more like 12 - 15. (everyone's mileage varies)

Welcome!

Not a good idea to use the patch and vape at all. About the same as smoking with the patch... just without other chemicals included. :D

Carts are refillable, so you probably want to pick up some ejuice as well. You can "top them off" with a few drops when they start drying out. How much juice/carts you'll use will vary though. I was a heavy smoker (2+ PAD) and vape around 3 ml a day.

Don't forget to drink plenty of water too!
