Good luck with the contact info. I placed an order November 2nd, got a few replies through November saying it'd ship soon. It never did, now I'm waiting on a paypal dispute to go through.

The same happened to me! I honestly don't know what to do. I READILY want my vapecrate. But at this point it seems that's not going to happen. I'm looking to get my money back.

Placed order in early Nov myself. No reply from Vapecrate on Status for over a month. Opened up claim as well. Really sucks.
