Hello, I was looking into buying a non flavored 120ml bottle (Shown in the picture. It comes 90ml filled, add 30ml flavor) and was wondering if I had to buy flavor online or if there was anything in store I could buy. I heard someone used food grade flavoring but was wondering if there was any other ideas.

Welcome to ECF.
Much safer to order flavors or one shots from a vendor known for serving flavors suitable for vaping. Yes our flavors are food grade but also other potential elements aren't added to the concentrate. Personally I would not use anything I can get from the grocery. If you share your location we can help with reliable vendors.

Hi and welcome,
I would buy the companion flavors that you should not add.(sarcasm)

IF buying locally, you my need to experiment with the % amount of flavor needed and adding additional VG/PG to maintain the stated final nicotine level.
The level of nicotine in the 90ml bottle is approx 30% greater than labeled. (12mg/ml labeled for 120ml is approx 16mg/ml for 90ml)

Welcome and glad you joined.
You could but I would stick to Letitia's suggestion.
One shot flavors are for those interested in mixing their own and want to start out simple. One shot flavors (OS/Flavor Blends) are premixed flavors that are only designed to be used on their own and mixed with a base of Propylene Glycol, Vegetable Glycerin and Nicotine (at least one/two/all of the three).Say you use three flavors at 4%, 3% and 2.5%. The one-shot/concentrate is just an entire bottle of those three flavors in the correct ratio. One shot mixing is supposed to be close to the flavor promoted on the bottle. These mixes may allow some adjustment of the strength (percentage) of the mix. OS Mixing can be a good introductory to DIY. One shots and flavor blends are simply added per directions to the mixer's desired mixing base, Shake and Vape (SnV) or steep as directed.

Also 30% favoring is a TON of flavoring you may not need that much.

It's odd though usually those shortfill bottles come with the option of ordering flavorings to go with it, just shake and vape.

Pleas do not use food grade flavorings, oils, vanilla from the supermarket essential oils or anything else. Vape flavors ONLY.

    Hello, Welcome to EFC!

When I first started making my own E juice, I went to the EFC Forum here, General E Liquid, tab down to the sub forum DYI E-Liquid threads.
You’ll find others with good questions and answers!
A lot of opinions on best vendors to buy from, current sales, recipes and the calculators... where you can enter each of your ingredients and it tells you how much to put in for the batch you’re making.
Steam-engine DYI ejuice calculator is one I remember.

Oh, and ditto on above flavoring answers. You don’t want to take chances vaping something that could harm you.

    What others have said...
I'm going to try another approach... what flavors are you interested in? Fruits, creamy, tobacco, bakery, menthol? Have you vaped pre-made juices you like?
Several people have posted on here before and tried grocery store flavorings with bad results (oils, alcohol, ect) Basically, even if you have limited options (because of local laws) I'm sure you can order "proper" vape flavors anyway. Please tell us (no need to be specific) where you are located.
