Um, this is weird and might just be me being paranoid, but I have an istick30w, nautilus mini, and some juice coming today. Looks like the package was just delivered and is probably sitting in my drive way. . . in full sun. . . in 90 degrees F and 50% humidity.

Should I be concerned and crazy and try really hard to leave work and go rescue it? (I work 30 minutes away, so I might have to get somebody else to do it) Or do you guys think it will be okay until 4:30 when my g.f gets home from work to rescue it?

If it does have to sit until 4:30, should I put the juice in the fridge or something when I get it? I generally just store them on the counter (we have ac) but I'm worried the heat is going to screw them up.

Do you have any friends that you trust that can get it? I mean, it's kind of a given rule to not leave a mod in a hot car. I would say the same with a package outside. Plus you risk someone taking it, if that's common in the town you live. I wouldn't worry about the juice as much as I would the iStick 30w. 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back would be a pretty rough trip to do.

I highly doubt that the battery would explode even if the inside of your mailbox heated up to 120 degrees. Also remember that the mod is packed in closed cell foam and then inside a paper box and then wrapped in the shipping envelope or box.....paper is actually a very good insulator. When you get home, if the mod is warm to the touch, then let it sit and cool off to room temperature before you attempt to turn it on or plug it in to charge it up.

Honestly, considering the conditions that packages experience in transit, I wouldn't worry about a few extra hours in a mailbox. Especially if anything you've ordered has come originally from somewhere overseas, it probably spent a week or so in a cargo container baking in the sun out in the middle of the ocean.

Didn't read all the replies, so sorry if this is redundant. Your equipment should be just fine. The juice may be super-thin and very runny. A few minutes in an air-conditioned room and it will return to normal. There may be some leaking. But most bottles are OK these days. Plus your juice will be steeped a little sooner. Nothing to worry about, IMO.
