Vape mail question - Canada to US

My son (in Colorado) is interested (maybe) in starting vaping. I have my beginner set up I no longer use (a Kanger Evod mega, spare coils, tobacco flavoured juice). I'd like to send it to him, but I'm worried about the mail. I know there are issues bringing vape gear into Canada, but are there any issues going the other way? If any USians purchase stuff from other countries, how is it listed it on the customs form? Is e-juice ok to import? Batteries are ok to send through the mail?

I'd just buy him everything new from someplace within the US (and with a better device), but he's pretty wishy washy about the whole thing. He's only tried cigalikes and mine - an iStick 30W with a Nautilus mini. I thought this would at least give him an idea if this was something he'd want to pursue, and give him a chance at giving up the smokes.

Maybe buy it online and have it shipped to him?

That's what I'll do if the package doesn't go through. It just seemed like a lot of money to spend when I already had everything right here, barely used, and he's willing to try it out but he's not so willing to spend his own money.

I just sent the package. He'll be getting the Evod Mega with tank, a spare Emow tank, a new package of coils, and 2 bottles (almost full) of 24 mg tobacco flavoured juice. This should be enough for him to give it a try and see if he likes it.

Shouldn't be a problem, US isn't as picky as Canada. I have ordered mods from China many times and never had a problem. If you live close to the border then just cross and mail it in a flat rate box, like 6 bucks and they will gibe you the box free at the post office. If not a small box or padded envelope, stamp it fragile and batteries.

Thanks, that's what I thought, but when I asked the guy at my local vape shop, he said it would never get through, they'd for sure confiscate it. But then I also think he just wants me to spend money at a brick and mortar store, even if it isn't his.

I just marked it as "e-cigarette starter kit".
