but why sell when you got it as a gift and like someone mentioned before...

Why would they be blocked?

Vendors can be banned for a variety of reasons, but the reason a specific vendor is banned is confidential. You can tell if a vendor is banned if you try to post a link and the URL turns into asterisks. Just because a vendors is banned doesn't necessarily mean it's a suspect company - some are banned for TOS violations (like promoting their business without being a registered supplier), but the are others who have been banned over more serious concerns. Google is your friend.
