Earlier than that. It’s also called popcorn lung because microwave popcorn factories were having a problem with workers coming down with it. Also candle factories. Inhaling aerosolized oil is bad.

Bottom line; everything we vape is water soluble.
If it doesn't dissolve in water, it should never be vaped.
So use the Crisco for frying eggs.

I DIY my own liquid for a simple reason. I don't trust anyone with what I vape.
EVALI is a perfect example of why!
Those people bought that juice in good faith, thinking it was the same stuff they had always vaped .....only it wasn't
