Just get a fan or leave the window cracked... It's really your only option in an apartment. A fan will cost you 10-20$ and problem solved. The vapor just needs to dissipate. And would u rather be drafty or dead from fire?

Yah, id say the easiest way is a cheap desk fan. Even fairly large clouds dissipate quickly with moving air.

Hold your vapor in for a 5 - 10 count then exhale... Stealth vaping at its best. I use this method all the time at work.

Just blow the vapour into a vacuum cleaner.

It used to work for me when I was a smoker and I didn't want my housemates knowing I was smoking inside (against the 'house rules')
