Only 1 other person has mentioned the round toothpicks. So far, they are the best thing I've found for tucking in the wicks.
I use a little eye glass screwdriver I found laying around the house. It's just about toothpick size.
The list of tools I use _everytime_ I recoil one of my
rta's:
-butane micro torch for annealing wire before wrapping
-piece of coat hanger. It is 2.2mm and my preferred coil size for the
kayfun/Taifun GT/Expromizer/Lemo
-small finger nail clipper for clipping coil leads
-small multi-screwdriver that I bought at Walmart for 89 cents for deck screws
-2 pairs of scissors. One for clipping kanthal off the reel, a smaller sharper pair for clipping cotton wick tails to size.
-The aforementioned eyeglass screwdriver for tucking wick tails
-510 Ohm reader
-tweezers
I have a whole bag of the other stuff, but I could
vape quite happily for the rest of my life with only those tools.
