Vape top CAP stuck

Hi guys, i didnt find anything about this online so posting IT here, just bought my cloud beast king tank And when I try to open the screw thing so you can put juice inside the thing that goes to the side when you SCrew IT open wont open, ive been struggling for an hour, anyone has any tips?

Not sure what part your talking about? The part where you refill it?

You're probably turning wrong direction. Only other thing I could think is gasket wasn't seated right and is now jamming it from opening. Maybe try pushing down while turning

I haven't had a cap do that to me yet. I would think some slight downward (slight!) might loosen it or might try some sort of lubricant (have no idea what would be best, other than maybe some VG, but maybe there is something safe for that cap that I don't know about....

I don't have one but maybe you need to remove the drip tip first.
