What ohm and wattage are you vaping at?? The lower the ohm or higher the wattage the lower the nic level needs to be.

Example: I was a PAD 40 year smoker. and vape UNregulated. So the ohm determines the watts.
When I started vaping I used 20 to 24mg/ml juice and 2-2.5ohm coil

Now 2 years later. I basically use the same amount of nic per day. BUT since I now vape at lower ohm and thus higher wattage and use more juice per day. I have had to reduce the mg/ml level to lower levels.

I use 12mg for build of 1.2ohms or more, below 12 watts.
from 1ohm to 1.2 I use 10mg/ml
and .5ohm to 1ohm 8mg/ml or less

I get the nausea if I chain vape say the 12mg/ml juice on a .8ohm coil, 20watts. But drop it to 6-8 I can vape as much as I want.

So I suggest you dilute your juice with zero nic juice or raise the ohm rate or lower the wattage.
93gc40 the Joyetech EGo AIO that i bought has by default a 0.6ohm and puts out between 15 to 28 watts ( can't be adjusted so i guess that wattage is based on how hard you hit it )

I understand what you are saying but that's like saying to someone who has never had a beer and then picked the strong can. Don't drink alcohol, it's not like you need to. You would tell them to try a light beer not avoid it. There are vapers out there who only vape 0 mg. I started at 6mg on the guidance of someone who asked if i had smoked before.

We know vaping is safer than cigarettes but we have no idea what the long term of vaping means for us health wise, the metals we use, the ingredients in the e-liquids etc. You barely smoked so why would you put yourself into vaping? Especially when it's not known what the long term implications could be.

I started smoking when I was 12 ( now 50 ) i quit in 2008 thanks to vaping. The vast majority of vapers are ex smokers and if asked they would all tell you they wish they never smoked and didn't need to vape. Don't get me wrong I enjoy vaping but at this point in my life I need to vape. you don't need to vape you want to vape and that doesn't make sense.

I would bet the first time you smoked a cigarette you coughed...I would also bet the first time you vaped you coughed as well...the lungs are saying something...they don't like anything but air.

As for the alcohol analogy
kind of an invalid argument. The lungs and the stomach are quite different organs and the lungs are very fragile. So, again, why would you want to chance it?

I agree to an extent. Unfortunately, people inhale all manner of toxins every day even if they don't smoke or vape. We live in a world where there are toxins in everything. Pop, Alcohol, Deodorant which everyone inhales a little each time they spray. We all know those who have smoked their entire life and died naturally and those who never drank, smoked or used colognes and died early.

Life is a gamble. None of us get out alive.

No the wattage is based on the charge level of your battery. The watts start at the 28 and go down a little with every hit till it reaches 15 and you recharge.

My g/f never smoked but enjoys vaping daily. If that's what she wants to do as an adult, who am I to say she shouldn't!
