I'm actually not entirely sure on this one. I thought I was, but in examining my juice usage I could be wrong.

I have been vaping a lot more, as far as time spent in the action is concerned, than I smoked analogs. However, I have made it a point to not allow the thing to be permanently attached to my lips. I'm crossing the 2-day barrier on this 5ml bottle I filled and it is still around half full. So I'm not burning through that much e-liquid. Which would say to me that my overall nicotine intake is actually less.

I chain smoked, but had finally stopped smoking in my house. Unfortunately the result was I spent a lot of time in the basement and back porch, so it didn't help me quit.

I do vape in the house. But I don't beat myself up about it... a big part of my downfall in trying to quit smoking before e-cigs was that I became non-productive - just couldn't do things without smoking. So, now I vape, get things done, and feel normal without smoking. I'm still addicted to the ritual, but have no regrets about it. It beats sucking in tar and carcinogens.

I've been vaping since June 19. No more analogs at all. I find that my vaping has tapered off some. In the beginning, the thing never left my mouth and I have burned through a massive amount of juice. No so much anymore. I was practically a chain smoker when not at work. 2 packs sometimes of Marl red 100's a day.

No more rattling in my chest when laying down. I'm working out on a treadmill now and not out of breath as quickly as I was. I've laid out a lot of money for vaping supplies but with how much better I feel, it's worth it!

At home I vape almost non-stop. At work I still vape like I smoked -- just taking short breaks. I have noticed that the longer I vape, and the more I vape, the less mg's I want to vape. I started out vaping 24mg & 36mg liquid (I really don't think I could have gotten off of the analogs with anything lower), but now, just weeks later, I find myself vaping 0mg & 6mg while I am at home with just occasional refills of some 24mg or 36mg.

I don't know if I have made my oral fixation worse with vaping, or if maybe there is something else that my body is "missing" from analogs that I am trying to compensate for -- I do know it's not the nicotine. Heck, maybe I am just a paranoid personality -- afraid that if I take my new toy out of my mouth someone will come along and steal it. LOL

i find it hard to vape like i would normally smoke a cigarette. like take 15 puffs and the cigarette is out, since the ecig lasts longer i feel like i have to keep vaping until a battery dies or the atty needs topping off. i cant seem to get the timing right to where i feel like ive vaped just enough, cuz i either want more or feel like i vaped too much.

Yeah that's the feeling i'm getting. Thats why I posted this thread. I guess I'm trying to smoke like I used to. I keep waiting for the battery to die like I would waiting to reach the end of my analog (when I used to smoke analogs that is) But I do feel 100% better now that I've been vapeing. ALso I guess starting out on the low nic juice is making me crave higher level.

With the Janty stick vs my mini fogger and my m401; I find it a hell of a lot easier to vape a lot more...the carts and the battery life of the Janty stick seem to far outlast the mini fogger and the 401...I'm not complaining...I love the Janty stick...it's just not making it easy for me to vape less ;)

I'm not complaining though...now that I've been smoke free for about 4 days; I don't think I could go back to it with how much better I feel already.

I have the mini-fogger. It's a pain to top off that cart regardless i'd much rather go through the trouble then hit the analogs again. I'll have to try the stick
