its a toss up, i get alot of compliments because its not your NORMAL plain white website however "People with astigmatism (aproximately 50% of the population) find it harder to read white text on black than black text on white. Part of this has to do with light levels: with a bright display (white background) the iris closes a bit more, decreasing the effect of the "deformed" lens; with a dark display (black background) the iris opens to receive more light and the deformation of the lens creates a much fuzzier focus at the eye." maybe i should do what 50% of the population considers....

No, ill stay with the theme, i mean website, retail store, logo, intro to our youtube website video, retail carpet all rely on these colors.

Your last contest was so confusing, that it really wasn't fair... and you are STILL getting the words Post and Thread mixed up in this one!!!

(ie: If 10 people posted, and each one of them 'Liked' the others' post, then that would be 90 Total for the Thread... and each post would have 9)

not to many people find this confusing, sorry to be mean, but if you dont get the contest then ask for clarification (other people are understanding it fine) I dont know how else to WORD to make it easier? Ive given away money already people have purchased stuff and its shipped so my contests I hold are legit. Next one ill make it SO i MUST receive the likes not the THREAD itself

Personally, I prefer darker backgrounds and my vision isn't the greatest along with slight astigmatism. The darker colour is easier on my eyes. White or bright backgrounds hurt.

It isn't generally a problem when I am just on a site looking for an item but when scouring the site for a secret word, I hit more pages and looking a lot closer and then it got to where I had to take a couple breaks.

The source code one is on a white background and wasn't a problem to go through.

i concur, i absolutely love dark websites, its different than your average white, the only problem as a graphic designer is i have to them all
