I have reserved a DJ for the weekend of the 7th.. All i need is a firm date, and a flier and NVC will post the advertisement for us..

I say we do the first with a donation to Casaa.. As a first charity. (We can donate through ECF, and ECF will post our event)

Sounds good. I'll let the folks at Vaperite know and give them your contact information. I second the charity being CASAA for the first event here. I think that is not a bad idea at all. Shooting you a PM so I can pass your phone number over to the Vaperite folks as well.

I have as follows
A dj /pa system for both nights.
A caterer which will do pulled pork, slaw, and baked beans. (Willing to sell by the plate, and not charge us for the service)
I have the marketing network primed and ready, NVC, the local B&Ms will advertise.
CASAA Donation through ECF, will solidify our marketing therough tis avenue.
I have made arrangements to appear on several shows (vape tv related, nova, etc.. RUSS WE NEED TO CONFIRM, meant to talk to you about it last night)
We will need to apread the word on all facebook groups, etc..
NEED SOMEONE TO MAKE A FLYER, TO DISTRIBUTE...
Also we need to consider moving the venue to a hotel near the ATL airport, so we can advertise in creative loafing, get local media coverage, newspaper, and TV advertising. (I will work on this)

5th-6th sounds good. I don't know about paying a fee to get in. That might turn alot of people off. What about a vendor donation raffle to raise money for CASAA?

The vapeing greek is saying he will be in attendance, and i certaily hope nova broadcasting or vape team will be there transmitting live..

Rno you sir are awesome. I sent you an email about graphic artists and never heard back. Did you find one?
How does everyone feel about news coverage? Since this is a non-profit fund raising event we technically meet their criteria for a community spotlight at the very least. I can work on that If it is something you all would like to see happen.
I will certainly be in attendance. If there's anything I can do to help let me know will follow this thread
