I have the mega bcc from Vapeonly, and I have to say that I love it when it works, I do get gurgling/flooding and I notice it happens a lot when I keep it in my pocket. I'm not sure if I'm suppose to keep it upright or upside down. I'm using the 1.8 ohm head on my Egotwist, with some 80/20 pure pear from Highbrow and I haven't removed any wicks at all. Ive tried restricting the airflow but I get the same problem. Is it that my juice is too thin???

I have the same problem with mine, after about 2 weeks it started and I did try adjusting everything. Put a new coil in, and now it does the opposite, now it has too restrictive of an air flow.

The rubber seals are fine, clean, no damage, honestly I feel stupefied on why it's not working. The center pin is not too far to one side or the other, the coils I'm putting in are brand new...

I really loved this tank too...

Upside down is best since it leaks through the bottom wick hole. Unfortunately, it is very hard to avoid leaking in the upright position if youre walking; the movement will eventually jolt the liquid out.

I dont have a Vapeonly but i do use eVod and Protanks. As for your problem Kerry, try sucking on the tank without juice inside. If the airflow is still too restrictive, then it is not the flooding: it could be that the new head has an ever so slightly shorter center pin. This means that you are screwing it down further into your battery than the old head, causing the airhole to be hidden.

Yeah, love it when it works! What blend of juice are you using? I was told that 80/20 might be too thin for these BCC's.. I don't have anything thicker to test out though, I just might pick some up this weekend to try out..

One thing I've discovered is that the early reviews had three top wicks in the heads, while the current production models only have two, so they're pre-modded. If you go ahead and remove another one, you get gurgling.

One top wick works fine for 80+%VG.
Two top wicks (stock on my 1.8Ω atomizer) work fine for 50%PG-50%VG.
Three top wicks work fine for 80%+PG.

I much prefer it to backing up on the flavor until you stop hitting it and wait 1-2 seconds for bubbles to come up than gurgling.
