Happened many times with the Ming tips from Cherry vape. I'm glad I switched to the aluminum ones that are the exact same size and much cheaper.

Unscrewing your mini nova to change flavors and realizing you just unscrewed the tube and not the base..... no shame here, yes i did that the other day. Good thing I had my big nova full lol
