Okay, now they have arrived, how do you take them apart?

I have some of the CE2's and would like to try to cut some of those, but I need some help/instruction.

Grammie what are you trying to take out the CE-2 from the bottom tank grommet? If so then the easiest way I have found to do that is to attach it to an eGo/Riva type batt. Do not screw it all the way down and fit one of those small jewelers screwdivers between the eGo/Riva connection and the tank bottom grommet. Then pry upwards (on the grommet body not the carto base) and work your way around. Do this slowly since if you apply too much force you can really send the grommet flying.

Ok I see you were asking about cutting CE-2's. Yes easier to wait.

on cutting the ce2 use a pipe/tube cutter cut the (s/s ce2 or remove the black paper from the ce2 depending in which you have) mesure up from the bottom flat on the ce2 about 3/8 of an inch mark your tubes then put the cutting blade on that mark snug it up a little just so you can turn the tube by hand rotate till it feels looser than tighten the cutter just a little more and repete till it cuts threw
