Sounds like your density is off. How loose/tight are you wicking it? VCC and rayon are different than regular cotton. Both must be wicked with more density than cotton.

Thanks I'll try again. Cotton I build with a slight dragging feeling through the coil meaning some resistance but not enough to yank my mod. The rayon video I watched said to use less density than cotton so I will try more. Also I was told that for sqounkers I don't need to "choke" the coil since I'm not dripping from the top so I started using less material.
So i know this thread is all about the VCC but i wanted to give more thoughts on it versus something new ive tried and from what ive seen its getting some good reviews. Its called Native Wicks. Personally i think the VCC beats it in every aspect. At first i thought wow this is on par with vcc, but nope, i do like it but it lasts no where near as long. It loses its flavor fast in my opinion. It does however taste amazing at first, almost zero down time to let the wicks soak or break in. Long story short, VCC is still my favorite wicking material and i think i need to move up to a huge container of it, if thats possible lol.
