I really don't understand why so many people think you have to use 50VG/50PG in a pod device (or nic salts) Seems the trend now. I am only sensitive to PG (no allergy) and I'm OK with 35% or less. Mostly just bothers my throat. I like 70VG/30PG but some juices are 65VG/35PG so I am fine with that (just make sure I sip water between vapes, which I tend to do anyway)
I just looked up your pod... seems you can't refill and don't have a choice of VVG/PG ratio (it didn't say... how do you know it's 50/50?) Good review on the device, but no good for you if PG is the issue. If you are interested, there are so many choices of small devices and many are on slae very cheap! Example:
Augvape Zoom Pod Device Kit
Yes, the stupid cartoon thing sucks (offensive because it seems to be marketing to teens) but this thing is so cheap, has good reviews, and the coils are also cheap. I liked my PockeX, but they have issues and no airflow adjust. I just threw this out as an example of the deals out there. You need something that is refillable! Choose your own juices... there are so many (lots of promo deals too)

I'm PG sensitive not allergic. Took me a while to sort out. You can try max VG and/or VG and water to thin it a bit if that's what your vape equipment needs..

Another reason I DIY can't handle more than 10% PG.

Good luck. It could be something else entirely. You will have to experiment a bit.
