Yeah sia, lucky I was careful enough lah. Staircase was like 20 storey high and the emergency lift was disabled so the only entrance is the stairs and the door to the landing
Hahaha but the background noise of the elevator moving is a bit annoying. It's one of the building in cbd, so they have a lot of stairwell
Can't really blame them.. although it seems easy to DIY liquid, but the hardest part is to get nic for the liquid. Like for me for instance, quitted vaping for awhile, just got back to vaping and found how hard it is to get my hands on liquid as my previous source is no longer available

Lol. Nope i am not a home vaper. Everywhere I go, it goes. Everywhere I am, I can sure find a spot where not a single soul can see me and my friends.
I'm too lazy to find place, so it's either I find a good spot and vape or I don't vape at all. I don't enjoy the public attention on vaping haha. Anyway I'm not chained to my vape like I was chained to analog

Now they the 1 vaping those "girlie" flavors strawberry lassie etc..

Talking about spotting vaper in public, I find underage kid vaping on their ego bloody egoistic. Saw some kid and met eye contact, they proceeded to blow more smoke. My Ipvd2 will kick their bloody ... man
You should have chatted them up and ask them where they got it and make it like you are so awed by their stuff. Then ask them which school they from and what name. Then you report them. As much as it seems cruel, remember, they are UNDERAGE. We do not condone underage vaping or smoking.
Agreed.. with the deterrent.. But by reporting it would also mean that the authorities have data to compile that the underage caught vaping is high..
Can we try to get suppliers information from them? Report the suppliers instead. I for one though started smoking during underage.. But it was in discreet not so openly as what was discribed.
I would propose to advice the underage the fines that the parents have to pay if they were caught. And find out their suppliers if possible and report them.

Aiya bro, me being fresh out of the underage category ah, i understand their thinking as i was like them too. All wanna act cool and show off. You tell them how much fine their parents have to pay all this they wont listen one. Why? Cos they wont feel the pinch ma, at most kena scold or nag by the parents only. Once they have started being independent and earning their own money they will understand how hard it is to earn money to survive.
I won't really care if they underage vape. Although it's still against the law, I know some people smoke underage too.

Well I don't really mind underage Vapers to be honest, I for one also started smoking analog when I was underage. What disgusts me is that most underage smokers like to smoke in extreme public places, like outside their school in SCHOOL UNIFORM, or at some playground with tons of kids, like they are afraid that no one knows they smoke.
I just turned legal recently, and throughout my 6 years of underage smoking, I have never been caught once by HiShAm or any other authorities.

That's why although I close one eye on underage people. It is their attitude that disgust me so much. Most kid these days don't know discretion. All they have is their big ego with their small ego stick.
