Belle: I think the trick is taking a bunch of shots and pick and choose from the best, or know someone who's skilled with a camera.

Video engineering is my thang. So I'll offer a word of advice (when don't I?)
Strong hair-light and a dark flat background. The light needs to travel _through_ the vapor to the camera lens. A backlight is great, but it will make it hard to recognize you, so a hair-light is the second best. Lighting Essentials 3: Hair Light (Professional Photographer Magazine Web Exclusives)
