I have been vaping for 2 months...........no real cigs (35 yrs of them) since I started! I started with the 3 pc joye 510. I went crazy buying extra parts for them, as I vape all the time. I have spent a lot of money, but think i am set for a long while, except for batteries here and there. I then tried a 2 pc 808 model, which i like much better. My problem is that I just can't seem to put it down. Vape, vape, vape..........all the time. Actually, I keep a 510 and an 808 by my side all the time and I use them both. Is this normal? Do any of the rest of you vape 24/7?

Congrats on quitting smoking.I have read that a draw on an PV delivers 1/4 of the nicotine that a cigarette burning provides. So vaping all the time is normal if you were first a smoker! For all intents it is not harmful.Vape away. Today is 42 days no analogs for me. I vape a lot. But hands down I feel much better.

They say it will subside after a while. All though I do it often I find I am relaxing now and not frantic with it. You can up the nicotine in the juice and it does slow your urge down.Good luck and job well done for quitting those coffin nails !:p

Wanted to add that I think everyone try's out different equipment. If you have something you don't use sell it on the for sale forum here.If not gift it to a close friend that is starting out vaping.Your testimonial and vaping will save lives !

I too pretty much vape all the time while at home but the pattern is different to smoking. With a cigarette you have something that is burning away and lasts a finite time, so when you have one you tend to keep hold of it and keep puffing until it is done and stub it out. With a PV personally I will take a puff or two then put it down for a while, maybe a minute, maybe five minutes, then another puff or two. It does kind of give the impression that you are always vaping but I think because your ecig does not burn away the time between the puffs stretches out compared to smoking.

I am different at work obviously because I do have work to do. I will take a puff or three then put my PV down for anything up to half an hour. But at home, yes, pretty much I vape constantly but very leisurely.

I'm pretty much in the if I'm awake, I vape camp.

Only downfall for me is for example right now I'm having my first vape of the day of Boba's Bounty with my morning coffee. It is SO good and satisfying now, but by this afternoon I'll be tired of it and be switching juices. For awhile at least. Course this is no different than smoking for me. I was a chain smoker, now a chain vaper.

I was worried about that at first too. It's a bit over 4 weeks for me now and still chain vape a lot but I guess I'm just more used to it. I've also found that going without vaping is a wee bit easier than it was going without a cigarette - it's not a vape "fit" but just feel like doing it.

It helps a lot to make sure your using the right PV for you too. I tended to vape more on the eGo than on a mod.

Good Luck! Just try to remember that they are not cigarettes so you are not smoking all day - be mindful of your body's signals and stay hydrated.

Have been vaping for about one month (was a PAD) smoker. Most days I vape almost constantly, not chain vaping, but always have a PV within reach. On some occasions (yesterday for example) this might work against me because as the day wears on I find that I can't taste the flavor of any of my juices. Don't know what is "normal vaping" with other vapors - just keep on vaping and stay off analogues.

Lol, my coffee table is the same way, except when I am babysitting my Grands! I was glad to have some replies here so I could read them to my husband because he says that I am vaping way too much (but loves that I don't smoke cigs anymore). It does not matter what mg I vape, it is still constant. I am now buying 18 mg instead of 24 mg and maybe will try some 12 mg soon!

If you do that, you'll vape even more.

How many ml do you think you go through a day? The average is around 3-5 ml.
