I had recently acquired an ego twist and was wondering which carto is suitable for vaping at 4.8v. I do know that the twist ranges from 3.2-4.8v. I've read somewhere that a 3.0ohm carto is safe to use at 6v so my question is will a 2.0-2.5ohm carto be sufficient enough to hold the load without frying it. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

yes 2.0-2.5 would work also a daul coil 1.5 works great at 4.8v mass vapor 
think of it like this
none dual coils...something like this
1.5 best 3.7V
2.0 best 4.7V
3.0 best 5.7V or higher
