vaping a lot

Hi everyone i've been vaping for about 3 weeks. I find myself vaping alost constantly. I use to smoke reds at least a pack a day. I use juice at 18mg. Any one think I need to raise the amount of nic in the juice I get.

If you find it to not really be satisfying your cravings then yes, go to 24mg.

I too vape all day,but Im NOT smokin,so all good here as far as Im cocerned.

I'm a ditto on the all day....and the 18mg.....and the pack-a-day......
Heck, I like to vape. The flavors, vapor, cool PV.....so I stay at 18mg cause at 24mg, whew -- head rush

I don't think "all day" is really bad or a big deal but it's your thing...do whacha wanna do.

Almost everyone vape all day all the time, doesn't seem like there's anything wrong with it.

I'd say if you go higher than 18mg you'll still vape constantly.

Are you using any mods? Higher voltage mods make lower nic juices really have some punch to them.
