So after vaping at 210 to 275 for the past few months everything is ok and I haven't blown my face off.

Yes, we've been reading about it and watching- it's all over the news. Congratulations!

You must have that horrible empty feeling....I mean, there's nothing left that seems important to conquer anymore, after reaching the pinnacle. Quid iam?

Honestly I couldn't read the whole thread it was like a train wreck, I felt kinda nauseated about what could happen.

I am actually glad @TrollDragon was helping this person I would not have been able to do it, and he gave the safest advice which was GOOD because I don't want anyone blowing their face off honestly, and I would NOT have any advice.

I am kind of torn. I believe vapers should vape how they wish. So, I suppose I am glad the OP got some good advice to get where he needed, and I DON'T think he should have been heckled for adjusting his numbers DOWN. That was a WISE choice.

I will agree with the many who state, just because you CAN do something doesn't mean you SHOULD. I was informed, I forget where that Tom Cruise was gonna make an "action adventure documentary drama about getting in a space ship and flying it." I was like, "It's Tom Cruise, perhaps Scientology is behind it, and like, wants him to go up and have a chat with Xenu about this COVID 19 situation..... But just because he CAN doesn't mean that he necessarily SHOULD."

I mean, you could feed a jillion orphans with that thing, for one.

I suppose best case it blows up and rids the world of Tom Cruise. THAT might be worth something.

So the unassailable quest for insane numbers, it isn't my thing.

I want to know your DOB though I am fairly sure you are not old enough to be my father unless I am living in a movie with time travel, etc.

SO GOD KNOWS AND BE safe for your own sake mostly,. I assume you have people (even perhaps, a child or two and if you are my long lost father I wish to hit you up for a loan if it's cool) but people who love you and want you around.

I don't believe vaping will be much affected by a blow up at this point but it just seems so... .pointless. I would love to know what satisfaction you get from such wattage, are you like an exception? Is it psychologically, I came I saw I WATTTED?

I don't mean this meanly at all I'm just wondering where the gain is for you.

It's called a warm wet dense saturated flavorful vape.

Already confirmed by NASA:

NASA confirms that it is working with Tom Cruise to make a movie shot in space

Personally i gotta say i LOVE Tom Cruise (as an actor),he has given us so many memorable roles (drama, action, adventure, comedy, romantic) and he takes his stunts seriously,i mean that airplane scene in MI was crazy.
His role in Tropic Thunder was hilarious, loved that scene where he is dancing to Ludacris, now that was priceless.

Yeah on a personal level the guy is bonkers but i just learned to separate the person from the actor when it comes to viewing movies,if i didn't do that i probably wouldn't be able to watch half the movies that come out *shrug*

p.s. can't wait for Top Gun 2 to come out,im hyped baby!!

I hate hot vapor, and I get nice, and pleasant and well saturated vape around 9--14 watt usually.

Takes all kinds I guess.

Anna
I hate hot vapor too, which is why I said warm, not hot. The build I posted on the 1st page in this thread is actually a 28g/36g Nichrome 80 staple staggered fused clapton (SFC) that I wrapped in parallel... in a 38mm RDA.

That thread is like a clash of zones. Let's face it: it's impossible to stop people from wanting more. To go extreme. Bigger, faster, stronger, you name it. And that applies to just about everything humans do. There is always going to be a small group within a specific community for whom the established standards are simply not going to be enough, and they will try to take a step or two forward and scale things up. And accept the associated risks. Vaping is no different

It is impossible to stop some certain people from rambling about those things that they don't know nor care to understand. Case in point, not every flavor chaser wants to suck air through a hole the size of a gnat's rear end, and, according to (non fake) scientific research, there exists such a thing as cross-modal perception of flavor.

I said: a small group of people within a community. Also- Robert B. said that this is for his personal use, a project he's been working on for a while now and is having some difficulties so asked a technical question. He's not trying to change the vaping industry to his own standards and convince other people that they should also do the same. What's wrong with that?

Okay, I'd understand this if it were a physical pursuit that had danger- swimming across the English Channel, or something like that. Or being the first man to fly at the speed of sound or exit the earth's atmosphere. Or building the worlds fastest land vehicle. Jumping the most buses or the Grand Canyon on a motorcycle. Something that has some modicum of accomplishment to it. This? Dude doesn't even completely understand the principles behind what he's doing (the reason for the thread- hitting up people to explain it to him). It's not like he's designing a system that allows safe vaping at the highest wattage ever. So where are the bragging rights, even? And he comes back to tell us he's not dead yet?

To me, it's beyond foolish. There's more point to a couple of 12 year olds seeing who can hold a lit M80 in their hand further down the fuse than the other. I don't get this one at all.

I understand what you're getting at, and your right. But it's all about perception. A person could also see this situation as...

I don't care for either sandwich eating man.

Look @dripster , I'm not arguing with YOU even. I well understand your desire to defend to the ends of the earth your right to vape like one of LA's Smokestacks .We should send your emissions there, to help power the plant.

I was asking THAT guy why he wished to, not YOUR interpretation of why everyone has "different perceptions of flavor." I know that. I don't need to hear your approach over and over, I get it.

But since he is gone, not my dad, and unlikely to well, loan me money my interest in the topic is done.

I still don't really have a clue, there appeared to be a dare devilish aspect to it but I could be wrong. AND AGAIN DRIPTSTER, I GET YOU ARE NOT A DAREDEVIL you are a very PRU-- pruden--- ahem, PRUDENT man. Sorry took me a while to spit that one out. Your high wattage vaping doesn't interest me at all. You do so out of enjoyment I assume unless your 4 battery mech tube is compensating for something which I would not, in fact BEG NOT to know.

You are all fine with me but you don't have to take up the RIGHTEOUS cause of like ALL high wattage vapers, you don't need to FLY that flag and it's not even a GOOD look.

Frankly @TrollDragon just DOES it, and does it WELL. He provides information and he does so accurately because he can build like no one's business and he likes what he vapes, he just doesn't need bragging rights.

I'm not here to argue the merits of low wattage vaping. I probably like it because I damn near smoked myself to death which is not really a very compelling reason.

But sadly, Dad left before he could answer my most pertinent question, so I will say, "Dear Dad, can I hit you up for a loan? 23 k ought to do it?"

Why don't you go ahead and tell me all about what exactly it is you think is wrong with that? Enough said.
