Vaping After Dental Implant

I lost my front tooth 4 years ago and I received a "flipper" tooth (tooth on a retainer). Today, I had my first procedure done for my implant. The procedure was that they burned a hole with a laser and drilled a metal screw in my bone. There is still a little hole. Can I still vape or will I get an infection? Could I vape AFTER the hole is closed?
