Too much nic can be as bad as too little. I started vaping at 30 ish or whatever but in tiny little battery tanks.

My first post on ECF was "OMG I am vaping 12 mg in an Aspire Cleto tank (my son gifted me it. LOL) I was like, "I feel so weird, do I need more nic?" The board set me straight for sure and I looked back and fell of the wagon a few times, but NOTHING lately and I should WANT to smoke, desperately. I don't. Vape can become self sustaining and in a very little time.

But 12 mg in a DL setup, severely so, was not good at all.

I really want to repeat if you can't do WTA (I was ready to do anything to beat it) snus is so cheap and OVERALL has a better record of harm reduction, if you buy the Swedish stuff that is not full of additives and other crap. Honestly. A few pouches a day could set you very straight.

I use them during yoga :D. Don't tell anyone because I also get vape breaks. Only a few but still....

Yeah I am a confirmed nic user for life, that's for sure, but alkaloids are helpful. They sincerely are.

Well I will try to use my wisdom here but not from perspective of vaping but withdrawal effect of using opoid meds. How help me and maybe will hell you. When you approach to anxiety the main question is the mental condition of "can you deal with your sh**".If you can then you can start the process but small decreasing the "negative" actions and increase the "positive" actions.
Anxiety is start point of the depression and can harm you more than you can expect.
Depression is less evil than anxiety, that why I asked are you mental prepared to take this action.
If you are then go for it slow and always have friend who will remember your goals each day until you reach to you goal.
Hope this small general guidelines will help you as me.

Note:One big factor which is game changer in fight with anxiety is the after condition and what approach and meds you apply to bypass this situation.Someone is using another drug as picking the less evil and someone use very advanced approach with CBD and this kind of sh**.

Nic salt is deffo the way to go and IMO dtl is
You DTL with salts??? Isn't that supposed to be a no-no? Everything I've seen about it says doing that will give you a dangerously high dose of nicotine.

Ive tried to get my wife off the ciggys but she is intent on mtl and has since given up trying
Maybe a 'cig-a-like' would be better for your wife. It mimics the act of smoking, which has been very helpful for me. An article I saw a while ago said that, for men, the desire to continue smoking is primarily physiological while, for women, it's more psychological. Everyone is different regardless, of course. What worked for you just might work for her.

Also, cutting down, rather than quitting entirely, can be a worthwhile goal in itself, or a step towards quitting.

I know only 1 person that tried it. She said that real soon after she started taking it, she didn't feel like smoking anymore. She stopped taking it after a few weeks. I don't know why and I didn't ask her why. I do know that she's smoking Pall Mall's again.. I have enough problems in my head and life, and when that drug first came out and I saw the list of possible side effects, it scared the crap outta me..
"Ask your doctor if a drug with 30 pages of possible side-effects is right for you."

Better yet, write your congresspeople and state legislators and ask how much money they're getting from pharmaceutical companies to keep their tobacco-using constituents from buying vaping products from small businesses to help quit instead of largely ineffective drugs from giant corporations with an army of lobbyists.

Oh I agree totally I showed her all that was available and she liked the review and look of the Innokin Jem Pen but it was a horrible device with bubbling and loud popping sounds so I got a Caliburn and she liked that alot but I just could not get her off the smokes. I had motivation to stop, I dont thinks hers was as strong so I stopped pressing the issue, Im an ex smoker now and proud shes still a smoker but hey shes my wife I love her so thats upto her

Yes, my husband didn't vape long. I gave up nagging or suggesting because you can lead a horse tp water, etc. You have to want to do it. Anyone who pressured me to vape before I was ready wouldn't have gotten a very pleasant reaction.

You just pray the time is right... Sometime. :)
