Unless your drinking the e-juice I don't see how you could get any rise in Carbs, however if your e-juice contains Nicotine, research has shown that it increases your blood sugar by 9%-34% depending upon your daily intake, but this is caused by the interaction Nicotine has on dopamine, epinephrine, and acetylcholine levels, not because it has carbohydrates.

You make your own juice? Hopefully I'm going to start doing mines. Any reccomendations where I can purchase start up?
You will find far more info in the DIY juice threads. I prefer simple flavors and am not endlessly searching to perfect my Orange Pineapple Mango Lime Popcorn Chocolate Cheesecake with a dash of Menthol. However, I buy my nic juice in bulk from MyFreedomSmokes and my flavors from The Flavor Apprentice, both of whom are good people with fair prices and quick shipping, not to mention registered forum suppliers. Both of these also sell mixing supplies as well, and they can be found on Amazon or FleaBay also (bottles and beakers and graduates I mean, not juice supplies). For small, test batches, a half dozen 10mL syringes will get you started, plus something to mix it in-- a bowl or glass will work, or you can buy a beaker-- and a leftover juice bottle to put it in when you've made it. You can also just squirt your syringe directly into the empty bottle and shake it when you're finished. For larger sizes, once you have settled on a recipe you like, a cylindrical or conical graduate works. I prefer borosilicate (Pyrex is one brand name) lab glass, but they're much cheaper in plastic and sufficiently accurate for your purposes. I like the glass ones because they clean up easier and don't stain, and because I am .... about it. I use Mohr's pipettes to measure for anything up to about 25ish mL, but, I may have mentioned, I'm .... about it. You really don't have to go that far. I usually have three flavors I vape pretty consistently; Cinnamon Red Hots Candy, Clove and Peppermint (yes, I like spice flavors). I have several others in the development stages I work on when the mood takes me and I have the gear out and dirty. I normally make my juices about 250 mL (8 fl oz) at a time, and I have brown glass Boston Round bottles with dropper tops to put them in in 4, 1 and 1/2 oz (120, 30 and 15 mL) sizes.

If you vape 5 to 10 ml a day...

That is only 5 to 10 ml a day. If it was all sugar water, it's only 5 to 10 ml a day of sugar water. But it isn't. If sweetened at all it is most likely stevia.

You're going to see 99.9% of your calories from the diet itself, assuming you don't cheat.
I usually vape 10 ml a day and that's mostly because I drip more. nic level (3)

Thanks for the info, how expensive is it to actually get started? and have you benefited making your own juice price wise?
