I honestly don't think it has to do with the flavors. It's the nicotine suppressing your appetite

I have to disagree, as I've never been an "eat when you're hungry" type a gal ;) But I love the taste of food, which keeps me snacking. But no more, cause now when I want the taste, I vape! :D

I agree because of the yummy flavors I find myself snacking less. Don't think its the nicotine I usually vape 18-20 mg but right now I have been working on a sample that is 12mg and no change in hunger. Besides I ate more when I smoked and you absorb more nicotine that way. I remember reading somewhere about a study where people sniffed food smells when they had cravings and it seemed to help them diet maybe this is like that only with smell and taste both???

Wow, and is the only thing that you've changed is the vaping? When was the last time you've seen a doctor because anything could be wrong! Not saying there is no way vaping is causing this because I currently don't own one, but I'm just saying that you should get a check up to make sure your good!

I see a doctor regularly...especially during flu season. I feel great...just hitting the PV a lot.

I don't think it's the nicotine supressing the appetite. I am overweight, and on a diet. I am a sugar junkie. I don't crave carbs/breads/pastas like a lot of people- I want sweets. Candy, fudge, ice cream, soda, etc.

Absolutely, vaping is helping me diet. I use a peppermint liquid, and i just don't have the urge to snack, because I always have a nice sweet taste in my mouth. :D

ive come across other comments like this. i tend to use sweet juice more than any other, and it does sort of satisfy your "sweet tooth". i even saw a youtube vid from this lady thats never even smoked before. she uses Pv and sweet juices soley for the reason of calming cravings of sweets.

that being said...what ive experienced since quitting analog smokes is i am a lot more concious of wellness in general. eat healthier, excercise more, and feel 1million times better overall. how much is directly tied to vaping sweet juice? probably different for everone.
