They are both right you will feel much better. However, you will start expelling stuff from your lungs. Also you might notice a sinus drip as things thin out and your airways clear out. I have noticed being able to really breath for about a month.

That sinus drip thing is strange. I figured it was from vapor condensation in the nasal cavity, as I like to exhale mostly through my nose. Actually, I still think that's what is happening, and when I ride my bike, my body temperature rises and my breathing is increased, thereby causing the accumulated vapor to drip. Interested in what others think.

And to answer the OP, I definitely noticed a difference in my usual bike ride to work. I used to actually dread it some mornings, but since I've been vaping, I just dread work, but the bike ride is next to effortless now. :w00t:

Yes, everything you mentioned, I have experienced it since moving to ecigs. I started regular excercising withouth all the problems associated with smoking analogs and physical activity. So I can confirm that vaping is much better when it comes to working out.

Now that you mention it...yes. I pushed the spreader all over the lawn this weekend with 200 pounds of stuff (total) to go down. I never took a break and it didn't bother me at all. I would have had to stop at least twice in the past.

Interesting. Thanks for mentioning that or I wouldn't have noticed.

I did note that I'm hacking up Stuff That Must Not Be Named. Do you actually mean I was putting this...(self-censored) into my lungs?

I've been vaping for 2 years now. My story is kinda weird but suffice to say I had quit smoking cigarettes for about 10 years then started again. I didn't want to smoke anymore so found vaping. Regarding exercise; I have run 2 5ks, do a rather strenuous hike/run in the mountains 4x a week, have done 3 rounds of P90X, 1 round of P90X2, Insanity; The Asylum and have not had the issues I used to have when sucking on analogs. For me it helps but everyone is different.

I have been vaping since 2008. Fully quit cigs over 2 years ago. I used to run, but had not for about 4 or 5 years, and got nice and fat as a result. I started running again this past July, and within a month and a half, I can already run a 5 mile stretch!! It took me waaaaay longer to get to that point before. So I would definitely say that I have noticed a HUGE difference!

At the college I go to my dorm room is on top of a giant hill. I remember the year before when I was still smoking I would visit friends who lived in the residential area up here and I would be sweating and gasping for air by the time I got to the top. Now when I get to the top I dont break a sweat and my breathing remains unchanged.. Just this factor makes me never want to switch back to analogs
