Hi everyone,

Today I received my very first e-cig, the V9 Nebula. I am extremely happy, satisfied and intrigued by it. I took about 30 puffs within an hour period before I told my girlfriend to take it away from me before overdosing on nicotine lol. (Jk, maybe that's not possible, I had 11mg cartomizers).

Anyways, after I was done indulging with my e-cig, I exercised and the whole time my stomach felt woozy, sensitive and nauseous. I've felt nauseous before from exercising (for those of you who know, I'm doing P90X so you know how crazy and intense it is)...but I've never felt the woozy sensation. I felt like I had to burp a lot to make it better.

Has anyone had similar experiences when exercising after vaping? I'm feeling a lot better now since I stopped.

Might be a slight nic-OD.....or it could be a withdrawl from analogs. Try some lower strength juice. Most new vapers do tend to use the PV as a pacifier....take it easy and give yourself some time to adjust.

Welcome

You are right, I shouldn't have used it as a pacifier lol (I got a little too carried away!)

Thank you

I'm three months + in, and I STILL use my PV almost constantly at night with low strength liquids. One of the benefits of vaping vs smoking.. less guilt.

You'll be ok....

Phase 3! plus a couple extra rest days...lol

Most definitely worth it though

Whatever you do, do not skip YOGA! I've skipped twice and it always comes back to haunt me. This week the exercises feel extra hard b/c I feel like my joints are going to break. I guess it's too late for you now lol. Are the couple of extra rest days affecting your fitness much?

Don't be lazy and skip a day! I seem to be doing pretty good regardless, oh well
