Good morning everyone.

So Now I have decided after testing for a bit that I do think indeed, vaping is upsetting my stomach. Now to figure out why?
Is it the nicotine amount? I do not think so because I am using a low amount. who knows?

Is it the PG? I do not know yet, because I only have mixes. I hope this is not the case too because not only do I have mixes already, but more on the way. I only have one small sample of VG coming and that would suck.

Maybe it is the vendor? I am primarily using freedomsmokeusa and their thin mint. I have some low mg of the ejoker from BB which I do not like the flavor but should probably try again. I also have another vendor on the way.

Maybe I am getting some in my mouth and then in my stomach? I dont always thing so, but it is possible.

What is the best way of determining what the issue is? How long do you think I have to wait in between to determine what the actual issue is. I do not think I can be entirely allergic to vaping all together do you?

also, maybe this will go away. It is not nicotine withdrawal as some had asked because as mentioned before I had not smoked for a long time before I started vaping.

maybe I need to post this in the main area.

Thanks again for your input!

Well, I was getting an upset stomach the first week I was vaping, but it seems like you've been vaping for long enough to adjust if it was just a tolerance issue. What mg are you using? I started on 18mg PG and when I switched to 24mg VG, I started experiencing some heartburn issues, but again, those when away. All I can recommend is to keep an eye on what you're vaping and try multiple things. Give that VG you have on the way a try and if it gets any better, just start vaping VG. If you haven't tried VG yet, it's definitely worth looking at, anyway. If you absolutely HAVE to put down the PG and switch to VG, then I don't think you'll be completely disappointed. But that's just me :p

"Knowledge is what I get from other peoples' experience. Wisdom is what I gain from my own experience." There is a lot of knowlege in this forum. But not very much wisdom.

Anyway, from my personal experience with stomach problems here are the possible remedies:

1. Up the nicotine so you use less PG/VG.

2. PG upsets the stomach, VG irritates the throat--choose what is right for you.

3. Get an ecig that delivers hotter vapor--less condensation means less juice in your stomach

4. Change juice makers--some put pepper in juice which could be irritating your stomacn.

5. Make sure you are getting plenty of fluids--it's summer and you could be dehydrated.

6. Take Prilosec or generic version regularly--my doc recommended it.

HTH,
Dave
