Would mix of VG/PG would you suggest? Which is better for flavour? Which is nicer on the throat?

What mix is a whole other ballgame. A lot of it comes down to personal preference. I think the most common mixes I see here are 80/20, 70/30, 50/50 and 100% VG. PG carries flavor far better but some people are sensitive to PG with a few actually being allergic to it. Actually really enjoy reading your posts- always lottsa great info. As for the squirrel after he got home home his Missus and friends did an intervention....he's siting next to me Vaping Peanutz Crunch and sipping on a Lemonaid. Arrived at the cottage yesterday and within 10 minutes must have been 15 squirrels pawing for peanutz....lottsa babies this yr and they're so cute when they're play wrestling with one another....a branch on the ground becomes a fantasy inspired "monster" LOLLL. Watching these critters more entertaining than reading about our "honourable" Mayor.

Welcome to ECF MrPetv. There are all kinds of fads and gimmics to lose weight with no effort on your part. If you are looking to start vaping for the flavor with NO nicotine and not get into all the big cloud crazy vaping stuff I say give it a shot. Do your homework. Make sure you ARE getting 0 nicotine. Pick flavors you think will satisfy your sweet tooth and give it a try.

There is a risk to everything. You want to know what the risks are and what potential benefit you may achieve by doing this. Being obese in itself raises risks for many serious health problems. Give it a try. But you also need to make sure that you do not continue to eat those goodies. I hope you find success in this. Please let us know how this is working out for you. Personally ive gained 8 pds in the two months ive been vaping! I have a sweet tooth for the first time in my life since a teen. We are talking 20 yrs here! My belly is the biggest its ever been!

I'm 2 months smoke free today and I reckon I am at my heaviest ever, I'm not overweight, but definitely need to watch what I am eating.

Good, good, good. Definitely check out bodybuilding.com. Like I said, it is a goldmine of information that really helped me get educated and moving on the right path. Don't be intimidated by the term bodybuilding either. It's not like you are going to get swollen overnight and suddenly look like the Incredible Hulk.

Thank you so much for the link and video, especially the link. I do weigh less than when I smoked. But, certain changes to my circumstances have made me tend toward being more inactive and heavier. That link looks like a great place to start making a change.

For the OP, most of the info on ECF is for smokers to help them quit. Therefore, there's lot of focus on throat hit and such, things that help recreate the feelings of smoking. You won't need a lot of that info.

OMG that is freakin' hilarious! So glad to hear of the intervention and a positive outcome. So now I completely bow down (hate curtsying) with hat fully tipped. Squirrels do tend to live in their own little universe don't they? Come to think of it, so does your mayor.
