After receiving 3 very painful compacted snowballs in the face at close range at my local community club a few weeks ago, courtesy of the local yooff (yep that's a deliberate miss-spelling) I finally decided to speak to the licensed manager regarding using my e-cig indoors at the club. I provided as much information as I could and the manager's attitude was positive to the idea having seen my e-cig in action however she had to put my request to the committee before giving me the go ahead. The committee agreed to me using my e-cig so today is the first time I have used the e-cig indoors at the club along with my friend who also vapes. Amazingly no-one at the club asked us to put our 'cigarettes' out or even commented on us 'smoking' indoors and we were in plain view to everybody. A very successful evening which reminded us of the old days.

Well done. "If you don't ask, you don't get" is particularly relevant to e-cig vaping permissions. Here's to many more happy evenings! :)

My local community club is different since smoking was banned......every hour or so the place goes dead when the smokers all go outside for a smoke......and it's almost as if the non smokers are just quietly sitting there waiting for the entertainment to come back.

I have yet to find out if vaping will be allowed in there ...the smoking ban everywhere has tended to make me stay home these days.
