Vaping club zeta

I was looking into getting my first provari and since my wife would be in Chicago on business I thought I'd save the $37usd they charge for shipping to canada by getting her to pick one up. I went on provari's website and found an authorized retailer called vaping Club Zeta. They didn't have a website yet (they do have a Facebook page) so I emailed them at the email address provided. I got an answer within minutes from Jim informing me that they were just about to open their store on 30/3/14 and that he did have regular and mini's in stock. I explained the situation and that I wished to have my wife pick one up for me on her trip. I have to say that it has been the best experience I've had with any customer service and he even offered to deliver it to the lobby of my wife's hotel whenever she was available and to have her call when she arrived. I've wanted a provari for about 6 months and if the customer service and quick responses I've received from Jim are any indication of the experience I'm going to have with the provari, I'm in heaven. I've ordered a lot of things online and most cs are okay, some suck and I've found that most B&M stores in the Toronto area act like your bugging them when you come in to spend your $ or they don't know the products they are selling(asked for a 510 atomizer and was handed a carto! LOL). His website isn't set up yet but if you email him( it's on the provape site and I don't know if I'm allowed to post it) I'm sure you'll find that the experience will be great. It's good to know that someone appreciates the fact that you're putting money in their pocket. If your in the Chicago area check him out, vaping Club Zeta

Woo hoo! My wife just got home with my provari and this thing rocks! Jim if I'm ever in Chicago I owe you dinner. Guys you have to check this guy out. Customer service is great and his prices are top notch. I can't say enough or thank you enough.

I agree. These guys are very friendly and helpful. I was looking for a tank/beauty ring for my provari in Chicago and they were the only ones to carry it. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Amazing price as well.
