Questions about Easy Vape Club

Recently, I joined the Easy vape Club, with the vape Master Plan, for which I get 6 bottles of 15mL e juices plus sample bottles. So I received the first package, and I encountered some problems - I got two of the bottles that were different from what I asked for. Also, the sample bottle, which I was excited about, didn't come too. Well, I used a coupon code that saved me huge bucks for the first month so I'm fine with that. (It's dailyvapetv for those of you wants to know the code. It's 40% off for the first month I think. I'm not sure if it works still though) Anyways, I tried to contact the Easy vape Club via phone, but they didn't have any phone numbers listed on the web site, so I emailed them two days ago, with no reply back so far - which could be not a big deal, but I'm used to getting 24 hour responds or at list an automated email reply indicating that my inquiry is submitted or something. Has anyone who's a member of the Easy Vape Club faced such problem before? I'd like to exchange the two bottles with the ones that I wanted, and do they allow it? I mean, they should, right?
