I spotted a thread not too long ago where people were discussion an inner ear noise. This can be caused by dehydration. Then there is the thing called Hypothermia Tinnitus.

Then there is the long list of problems I've seen people talking about. Now not all can be attributed to water intake but some can.

Yes, it is very important that you drink the proper amount of water. On the other hand, it is equally important to not drink too much water.
And there lies the quandary: How do you know, for you, what is the right amount?

I’ve gathered some links that might help. Please feel free to add more if you think they will help. Feel free to discuss the matter because that might help you and others as well.

While drinking lots of water, this might be something to throw into the mix.

Just remember we are self diagnosing so if you are experience any type of prolonged symptoms (water intake related or other), go see your doctor.
