Vaping for no reason question.

Day 4 and finding myself vaping all the time whether I have a nic urge or not. Would it be dumb idea to get some juice or a carto with no nic or low nic if I'm finding myself vape just for enjoyment? I would still have my 16's to fall back on if I'm having an urge for an analog.

I vape whenever I get the chance, I just enjoy it. It doesn't matter how/when you vape just as long as you aren't smoking. Your body will tell you when you have had too much nic, feeling queasy and/or light headed.

Every vaper is different, Tvan. You'll find yourself developing a vaping "style" as you gain experience. Many of us here vary our nic levels during the day, not at all unusual. And many of us keep some (to us) high-nic juice on hand for stressful times or to work around those "gotta have a cig" moments. But the BigL is right, whatever keeps you vaping and off the cigs is good!

I appreciate the answers! I ask because of some level of concern overdoing the nic. No queezyness of any kind. Finding myself using the cigalike for long periods of time which wasn't my original intention.
