Good news everyone, I'm 19 days vaping and have cut out the Cigs! I smoked for 12 years, heavy P.a.d for the last 6 years. I was a chain smoker but now like most of you here I'm a chain vaper and hate the taste of my old brand (kool's)!! I love not having to stink up the neighborhood (I live in a condo complex) and being able to breathe (not wheeze) laying down in bed! I am so lucky to live in the bay area with so many local stores carrying just what I need to still get the sensation of smoking, the nicotine I want with none of the
negatives that have been plaguing me for
years! I love this forum it has already helped me so much. I look forward to meeting you all and saving up some money for some goodies from the vendors here! I am unemployed right now so saving $6.25 a day is nothing to snicker at! I have already saved money and health!! Now to get my dad on one! He has smoked WAY too long so I have a job to do on him! :)
Alright I am rambling now and all on a smart phone! Oh yeah I'm excited about vaping!!

HI AmandaMarie :) I gave up smoking on Sunday the 16th Of October and tried my first E-Cig (elusion) on the 19th and havent looked back!! I have not even wanted to suck on a stinking cancer stick. Im currently trolling the forums for a decent PV as the slim little E-Cigs only last me about 30 mins before they are flat and the pre filled carts do not last long either. Anyway welcome and congrats for kicking the habit!! It sure feels good to breathe easy that is for sure! Wish you luck converting your Dad too :)

Orkira,thank you for the welcome!

Dyanne,Congrats to you on your quit:) that was the exact problem I was having with the small nla! I found I needed that longer battery life the same day I bought that unit! But had to wait a couple of weeks to get some money together to invest in the eGo-T. SO worth it:) I am a happy girl!!

Capt scott,Thank you very much...and yes you are right about that! This chick definitely has some confidence coming out! (Shampoo and perfume actually smell for longer than 10 minutes after a shower??? Wow!) About the 555 I'm not sure:/ I go to a local store who has a nice big selection and this was one he filled a tank up for me and I ended up buying a bottle. I love it I needed a nice mellow tobacco flavor to mix with my menthol and this was perfect, soft kind of sweet(maybe cornbread like you said) :)

Thank you for the warm welcome

Thank you to ThatJoeGuy for the welcome! For my dad it will need to be super easy to use and carry around work. He smokes and everyone around him smokes he would need to enjoy it as much as he does smoking. I know I do and I really hope he wants to start this with me. I watched him in the hospital at 38 when he had his heart valve replaced but I still picked up those cigs my aunts and uncles and all of us "kids" need pv's because we are having kids and this cycle must end. now its a family mission lol
Knotar, yes I think he would need just the right flavor. I am easy though I want to try them all :D

Congrats! Hopefully Dad and the rest of the family will come around as they see you enjoying your new life. I'll be trying to convince (not overbearing, but lovingly) my niece over the holidays. She and I were the only smokers in the family, now it's just her. :)

kattanib... killa vanilla is actually on my shopping list for payday!! The High Caliber Cinnabun is my favorite vape so I thought I'd try a few more of their flavors.
