I like (for gear) to check out fasttech for rock bottom pricing. Then depending/importance on:
speed of delivery
warranty
Suspected manufacture/vendor support required
I then choose where to purchase.
Store locally is a good place to purchase if you need quick repair/informational help where time is in short supply.

fasttech for rock bottom pricing and 5 to 150 week delivery time by rowboat from the dark side of the moon. VapeNW has the best US domiciled prices I know of and occasions no delay greater than that common by USPS (which can be nonexistent to worse-than-fasttech). Suggest you try vapecrawler.com for help in locating good pricing. If you have any questions regarding the vendor-- there are, unfortunately, a number of questionable vendors-- post here and ask. Caveat emptor is always a good idea.

I rarely have trouble with FT (10-14 days) but you do have to plan ahead. VapeNW is my go to place for most things. Prices are close or better than FT on most things. Since China is on holiday this month I wouldn't consider anything from that side of the world right now
