I always wanted an 801 mod with a flexible extension long enough to keep my mod in my baseball cap and vape handsfree. Well, not really, but you know I'm a packrat and hate to throw anything away.

I had this cool flexible LED light for my netbook to light up my keyboard in the dark. Well, the LED burned out (after thousands of hours, pretty neat lite) so I decided to mod it. Since I recently made my USB charger / mod, I have a device I can vape with via USB, so it is a natural fit.

So here it is, my "hat mod" with a 17 inch long flexible atty extension, pretty stupid, huh?

It was one of these (or something similar) that finally burned out the LED, looked like a promising mod, so I did it They often sell on Ebay for about a buck. About 17 inches long. It is pretty neat, though I have poor taste so don't ask me LOL

Does anyone know of a supplier that sells the Flexible Tubing by itself? I would like to find a place to order just the tube in something like 24'' lengths. Can't find any that will hold its shape.
