I saw a guy vaping in a Walgreens who was asked not to, and he got quite belligerent. I'm pretty sure all of us could spend 20 or 30 minutes in a drug store without having a cardiac arrest because we need to vape so badly. With all the potential legislation going on out there, I don't think we need to draw a lot of unnecessary bad attention to vaping. We're all (supposed to be) adults. Let's act that way.

Just because you can do something doesn't always mean you should do something. I can now vape in places and situations where I could never have smoked, but I see no reason to flaunt it or push it. If I could sit through a 2 hour movie without a cigarette without running amok and killing everyone in the theater I can certainly go without vaping for 2 hours.

Well said. We run the risk of winding people up. Why put yourself at the risk of causing a scene? Next week I have a 6hr flight to look forward to but my e-cig will not leave my luggage. The last thing we want is to give vaping a bad name.

I vaped stealth mode at the cinema and had no problems even though we were sitting in front. I hit on dark scenes and dissipated the vapor toward the floor leaning forward to my soda. I took maybe one long draw every half hour or so... I wasn't timing but it spread out like that.

For me, vaping is medicinal. I agree with the idea that just because you can doesn't mean you should, but if you can be discrete and not be an annoyance to others, you will very rarely run into problems.

The main reason my husband and I want to go back to vaping is so that we can finally stop being so isolated because we stay home all the time. It's hard enough for me to avoid smoking, but my husband has PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) and is literally miserable if he can't smoke. If we have to avoid vaping anywhere we wouldn't ordinarily be allowed to smoke, what's the point? I know, the health benefits, but as long as we've smoked I figure the damage is done. I just want to be able to go have a cup of coffee with my husband, vape my e-cig (because I can't smoke), and not be treated like a leper.

You may want to have your husband check out "Holy Basil Extract" on amazon.com, it's cheap there. That herb plus fish oil, and multi-vitamin daily, and no coffee or reduced intake should significantly help out with his PTSD. IMHO definitely worth checking out.
