Travel and Vaping vaping in Brazil?

I've got a trip coming up this weekend, to Rio. Are pv, and personal use amounts of eliquid, okay to bring to Brazil? Any problems using them in the open?

Pretty painless, but we were in the business lounges, no issue vaping there or while waiting to clear customs going in and back out. I'm pretty low key about things, don't hide it but don't blow massive clouds of vapor, people pretty much ignore it
