I do. For long trips, I have an adapter to go from the "cigarette lighter" (which wasn't even included with my car, just the port for it!) to USB. In my case, I use a Volt X2 and plug in after some interval during the trip. eGo passthroughs would work the same way.
I try not to continuously charge an already charged battery as it induces voltage stresses on it and shortens the life. So I'm only tethered in part of the time, the rest of the time I'm using the battery.

Of course I vape in the car. I tend to use a KGO there, since it's smaller and lest distracting. I don't use a passthrough, though. I just keep the batteries charged. I wouldn't keep batteries in a car in the summer, but I believe they make passthroughs without batteries that would be suitable.
The only thing I don't like is that eventually, I find a thin film on the windshield. Not as bad as cigarette smoke, though.

Now that you mention it, mine only came with the port, too. It even has a port cover.

I believe it's now called the "Cell Phone Adapter" with the demise of cigarette lighters.
To add to the above post, we should note that I tend to use 1,300 mAh batteries as well. That would cover most trips except multi-day ones, and I could use the Volt X2 while recharging the second day...
Yes, usually the eGo twist for short trips. I haven't made my semi-annual drive up north since I've started vaping, but I think I'll just charge everything, take it and make sure I have adapters for the cigarette lighter thing..uh 12 volt accessory port my son tells me. It's a loooong drive. I don't even want to think about getting caught in some DC/I-95 traffic jam without something. *shiver*

the best part of car time?, no more fumbling around with lighters and cig packs. distracted driving doesn't even begin to describe it. especially when the pocket shuffle starts, or your pack finds itself out of reach. keep my e-go in my cup holder, right next to my clean ashtray.nice user friendly, and keeps the driving monkey nicely fed.
That would work beautifully. Just make sure to get a high-amperage USB port for the car, 2 A (2,000 mAh) at minimum...and personally I'd try to find 3 A.

A bit of film can build up on the windows. What I really noticed is when it is cold outside, the vapor can actually freeze onto the inside of the windshield so now I crack a window open and blow out the vapor away from the windshield when it is freezing out.
In my truck, I use the ashtray to hold my PV's but in the Toy the ashtray is really shallow so I have been sticking them in the front pouch of my purse where I can easily reach them for vaping.

I want to point out that there is a certain danger vaping in the car. Imagine accidently rear ending a car or being hit yourself. If you are in the middle of a vape or holding it the wrong (or right) way, you might end up losing more than your teeth.

For you people that leave your stuff in the car, what do you use? and by that I mean, tanks, clearomizers, attys etc. My go to is a tank of some sort, but I'm scared of it leaking in the car.

I vape on the open road mostly and try to be aware of what is happening around me before taking a vape. I think that is a legitimate concern. When I am in town, I try to be aware of what is going on.
Look what I found! I think I have my new car vapping setup! Not sure what to put on it though...I'm not sure how eJuice left in the car lasts...

I smoked in my vehicle and I vape in my vehicle. Do Not Drip & Drive...no, no, no. Use a tank of some sort and have at it. Vaping is safer than fumbling for a cigarette and lighter. My PV & juice never stay in my vehicle.
I vape in my car. I generally use my ProVari. I am not one to be concerned with crazy looks so I don't really care if the guy at the light next to me looks at me funny. I vape happily.
