Rot & Ruin
So we've hit 400 PSI not long ago. The haze is terrible but I've noticed a significant difference between experiencing the haze as a smoker and as a vaper.

I'm pretty suspectible to the haze so I'm in an air conditioned room most of the time. But what I do remember when I was smoker was that it suck to smoke during the haze season. You feel so filled up with the smog but yet your craving forces you to light a stick.

Now I'm just comfortably vaping in my room.

With this worst haze in history and experiencing it as a vaper who hasn't touched any analogue since last year, I had flashbacks of what it was like as a smoker. My lungs and chest hurts. My phelgm is back. And my throat is dry. I used to live with this everyday as a smoker and it's been so long that I almost forgot about it. I can't believe I lived with those crap for so many years of my life.

The haze has reminded me how much better my body has been since I switched to vaping.

Let's hope the haze subsides soon.

vape on and Vape Safe,
Xanthon

Where else...
The current haze situation is no small matter. I can't help but agree that all the negativity of what we used to experience as smokers can be clearly seen on the likes of our love ones, our children, our parents. It really breaks my heart to see this.

It is inevitable that the haze happened. But it is unacceptable that so little, or worst yet, almost nothing has been done by our 'leaders'.

Shouldn't masks be given out to everyone? Why allow ridiculous profitting of merchants from the sale of a basic necessity during these times? I'm not sure what constitute as a national crisis in their eyes.

I can't bring myself to say this, but death, is it only way to wake them up?

The situation with the sale of air purifiers is also bad.Everywhere is sold out and those that still have stock have raised the prices significantly. I have a 6 mth old son and at the moment cant find a mask that fits him and even if I do , i dont think he will let it stay on... Oh well.. i just stay in the aircon room and hope this round of haze passes us soon.

Haha. Why would they give out if it is a good chance to jump at earning more money from people islandwide? Hazardous situations = more income for 'you all know who'. As alot of us who who already know this - "you die your business, as long as u dun affect my salary."

Is it just me...or ex smokers like us can take the haze much better than normal non smokers.... Some of my colleagues eyes were very itchy n their lungs hurt....throat hurt..... But I was like...nah nothing much except the smell of the haze....

Well, as smokers before, we have inhaled much more harmful chemicals than haze itself. Thus that has made us more tolerant to the haze. However, we dun feel a thing, doesn't mean it hurts us lesser than non-smokers. We just dun feel the symptoms they do, but we are still inhaling excessive harmful air.
